To improve employee morale and motivation, I initiated a monthly “Employee of the Month” program. This program aimed to recognize outstanding performance and exceptional contributions made by employees across all departments. To ensure fairness and transparency, a committee consisting of representatives from various departments was formed to nominate and select the deserving employee each month.
To incentivize employees further, we introduced a range of rewards and benefits for the “Employee of the Month.” This included a special mention in the monthly newsletter, a personalized certificate of appreciation, a dedicated parking space close to the entrance, and a small monetary bonus.
